Transportation Services
Access to transportation services has a huge impact on individuals engaging in their well-being and recovery. Since 1979, Friendship Program, Inc. has provided transportation services for enrolled participants in order to address the lack of access to services that exists for older adults and adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
Our fleet of 11 vehicles includes extended passenger vans, small buses, and minivans to safely transport participants to and from their homes to Friendship Program, Inc., for medical appointments, and for program sponsored community outings.
Assistance for transportation is based on individual needs and will be discussed as part of the intake process.
