Our aging and mental health services are based on our belief that each individual can maximize his or her ability to live independently within the community.
Friendship Program, Inc. provides three distinct programs offering aging and/or mental health services. The programs are Adult Day Services, Day Rehabilitation Services, and Community Support Services. In addition, the agency offers Social Services, Health Services, Peer Support Services, Transportation Services, and Meal Services in order to provide excellent quality support for the participants.
The success of Friendship Program, Inc. lies in the wraparound services provided to the participants from each department. As a team based agency, Friendship Program recognizes the role each department plays in creating a welcoming and supportive environment to promote participant recovery and well-being.

Referrals to participate in the Friendship Program can be made by physicians, friends, family, social services, and other community agencies. Individuals concerned about their own well-being can refer themselves.
Once a referral has been made, our staff will arrange for intake, assessment, and set a start date. Through this process, the best services and goals can be determined with each participant to lead to success.
